However just so you know, the idea here is not to stumble your own pages, but to have like minded friends that will be watching your blog all the time and stumble it as soon as an article comes out. You are right, at that point there will be no negatives against thumbing up your own article. However you need to allow others to discover your pages for you.</description>

		<description>What many stumblers are not aware of is the limit Stumble Upon puts on user stumbles to minimize stumble spamming. I am not sure of the exact number but there is a cap to how many stumbles from each domain name you can give. This means it is important to be selective when stumbling your own site.

I believe if others stumble a site before you then clicking the "I like it!" button does not count against you but each time you review a page on one domain your review counts toward your maximum allowed total.

Perhaps it is worth digging up the exact details involved. I'm sure they must be somewhere. For all I know this could be a rumour or outdated practice.</description>
