What I Mean By How To Rule The World

I am not talking about pinky and the brain style thinking. I am not trying to take over the world, become president, become the next bill gates or be the next roman emperor. Simply, How To Rule The World is about how to optimize your lifestyle. I, personally, am a very logical person and I make every attempt to make everything I do as simple and easy as possible but with a high degree of efficiency and effectiveness. Basically… because I am lazy!

Do not mistake this with doing things half done. Absolutely not, because doing things half done only means you will eventually have to redo it again and to me that is a big waste of time. If I can find a better, faster, more effective and efficient way to do everything in my life, I will become more productive and have a greater enjoyment for life.

Things I strive to perfect are:

Money – Money makes the world go round and money can make your life easier or harder depending on how much you let money rule your life. The trick to money is learning how to make it, quickly, easily and passively. If you want to know what god thinks about money, look at those who he has given it to. The First thing to Ruling the World is to control money and not to let money control you.

Mind and Memory – Your brain is an incredible thing and it has amazing powers that most people take for granted. It controls everything you do. It makes you happy, sad, depressed, ecstatic, crazy, reasonable, irrational and millions of other feelings… It controls every movement of your body and it controls things you have no control over. The second thing to Ruling The Rule is having control over your mind and body and not to let others or your environment rule you.

Relationships – Relationships cover a lot of different types of people. Family, Friends, Coworkers, Bosses, Clients, Girlfriends, and Significant others all require a relationship from you. Allowing any one or multiple of these people or groups to control your life is a big fat negative in my world. What do you think of other people’s opinion of you and does it matter? If your saying “No I don’t care what people think”, then maybe its about time to start thinking. Our lives are one big social event and you cannot Rule The World if you let other rule you.

Entertainment – You can’t be all work and no fun and you absolutely can’t be all fun and no work. You’ll never get anything accomplished either way. Some say they love what they do and have fun doing it to. That is great, but you are still working even if you are having fun and sometimes its hard work to have fun because there is a motive behind it. A good example is a DJ, and in my opinion it would be a trance DJ such as DJ Tiesto, I would imagine his life is all fun. All he has to do is mix songs and events and party like a rockstar all night long, but then again, he is working all night long. Displaying his image and being a good host. Never the less, you need to learn how to enjoy life and do what you enjoy most. My greatest entertainments are drinking beer, going to Trance events (Raves) and socializing. No I don’t go for the drugs. I really enjoy the music… No seriously that wasn’t a joke… You still think I’m kidding don’t you? Well it’s true… I enjoy Trance and electronic music and I listen to it all day and night. As for beer and alcohol, I’m not a wild drunk, but I really enjoy the taste of beer, alcohol and wine. I like to try new flavors of beer, different types of mixed drinks and I go wine tasting to. The subject of entertainment is huge and different for everyone since everyone has their own thing they like to do, but to Rule The World you need to define what entertains you and learn how to make time to have fun in life. You only get one life to live, so live BIG…

How To Rule The World

This blog should really be defined as How To Rule Your World or How Robdogg Rules His World, but the point I am mostly trying to make is that there is a big world out there with endless opportunities. Living a passive life style is not my agenda. Being in the background of life or just another person living out his life is not what I signed up for.

It’s time to take control of The World you live in and everything that comes with it. Master how to make money, use your brain, control your relationships and have while doing it.

The Four Stages of Competence

I believe we all live life in an Unconscious Incompetence state of mind and until something is brought to our attention we will never see the world with clarity. My greatest hopes with this blog in to help transform, not only myself but those who read my article, through the different stages of competence.

  1. Unconscious Incompetence - The individual neither understands or knows how to do something, nor recognizes the deficit or has a desire to address it.
  2. Conscious Incompetence - Though the individual does not understand or know how to do something, he or she does recognize the deficit, without yet addressing it.
  3. Conscious Competence - The individual understands or knows how to do something. However, demonstrating the skill or knowledge requires a great deal of consciousness or concentration.
  4. Unconscious Competence - The individual has had so much practice with a skill that it becomes “second nature” and can be performed easily often without concentrating too deeply, and he or she can also teach it to others.
